Colour Therapy Emotional Healing sessions are designed to recongnise & remove any Trapped Emotions that need to come to the surface to be healed, if left these can over time develop into physical imbalances in the body & cause alot of anxiety, stress & dis-ease.

Archangel Metatron

Archangel Metatron is one of my main guides he holds the energy of all that we do. He represents the bridge between us and God/Source.
He helps us to make sence of our lives and fufil our potential. To heal whatever needs to be healed, to let go of any outworn patterns of behaviour, relationships that no longer serve us or indeed anything that stops us from flourishing and being all we can be. Said to watch over the whole Angelic Kingdom, he is proctecting our world now as we grow in spiritual consciousness and shift into a new way of being. His energy is about facing the truth, stepping out of our comfort zones and utilising our own particular talents and skills. He appears often when we are at transitional times in our lives and when we struggle to find our path. He shows us the way back to where we are meant to be and gives us a loving push forward.
